INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add lemon balm, ginger, and green tea (if using) to a mug or teapot.
  • Pour hot water over the ingredients.
  • Cover and let steep for 5–7 minutes.

Add Final Ingredients

  • Strain out the leaves and ginger.
  • Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon (if using).
  • Add honey if you prefer a slightly sweet taste.
